We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
How do you ship your orders?
For all orders shipped within Canada, we use Canada Post via standard shipping - you pay only a $2.00 shipping charge for any size of order! For orders outside of Canada, please see our shipping guide for more details. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3 to 8 business days for delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
All of our Lighten Up! Jewels are made to order in our studio in Coquitlam, BC, and orders are generally shipped out within 5 business days, unless the item you have ordered is currently out of stock. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require your order to be shipped quicker.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time your order is shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST. All British Columbian residents will be charge 7% provincial sales tax plus 5% GST.
What is your exchange rate?
All prices are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate will be the daily rate charged by your credit card company.
How will I know once my order was accepted?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your has been received.
What happens if something is out-of-stock?
Please be aware that out-of-stock items may occur after your order has been placed. If this is the case, the refund for the out-of-stock item(s) and any taxes will be issued with an e-mail notification. The remaining ordered item(s) will be shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been already processed. Any order that is refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return. A $10.00 restocking fee + $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from any store credit we may issue.
